Builtup logo sign for PlayOJO London

Carousel Lights appointed to supply custom 3D halo logo sign for PlayOJO offices in London

PlayOJO, fast becoming a household name thanks to their sponsorship of The Masked Singer and ITV’s Dancing on Ice, approached Carousel Lights asking for their logo to be brought to life as a stunning 3D builtup logo sign for their London office. This is how we did it.

PlayOJO logo sign – construction method

This was a serious sign. Measuring 1500mm (w) x 1635mm (h) x 135mm (d), there were two separate elements to it:

1. PlayOJO
2. feel the fun

Each section was produced in the same manner but the two pieces was supplied as separate entities to be installed in situ to match the layout of the logo.

Each face section was built from descaled stainless steel which was powdercoated to match the client’s RAL colour of their logo palette. A 5mm opal acrylic face enabled light to emanate from the required sections of the logo face.

A foamex section was inlaid in the body of the sign, with white LED modules facing outwards to a cool white face illumination, whilst RGBW LED modules were located facing rearwards on the rear of the foamex panel, enabling us to create the coloured halo illumination.

Carousel Lights works with specialist sign installers to help the signage process be as smoothly as possible and we’re over the moon that the client was delighted with the final result.
