We offer a full consultation, design and production service, meaning we’re a one-stop-shop for your Christmas lighting projects. Whether you’re interested in just raw components such as cabochon lights and LEDs or a finished lighting solution for the windows for all of your High Street stores, we can help. We offer invaluable expert advice
We’re more than happy to help you when you’ve finalised your designs and are ready to place orders for your signage and lighting, but we often find clients find it beneficial to involve as at an earlier stage so we can offer advice on lighting solutions. It could be that you want passers-by to take photos of your windows and share them on Instagram – in this instance we can propose products and designs that will photograph well in daytime and nighttime as opposed being too bright and illegible. We can also offer advice on signage that fits your budget so you can then incorporate that into your costings as you progress your budget allocation. We’re based here in the UK and are at the end of the phone for any help and guidance you need over a quick call.

Our product offering includes real neon, faux LED neon, lightboxes, fairground lights and edgelit signs. Mounting materials we use include acrylic, metal and dibond. We’ve got quite a pedigree
You may not be aware of it, but chances are you’ll already have seen our lights and signage before. Perhaps at the new Tottenham FC stadium? Perhaps behind Dua Lipa on stage? But most likely in the windows and stores of many of the UK’s most famous shops, hotels, bars and restaurants. Entirely UK-based
We’re a British company that designs and produces all of our lighting and signage here in the UK. In an ideal World, the earlier we’re involved in your project, the better, as that enables us to offer advice on how to get the maximum impact for your project and budget. That being said, we’re well aware that there are always last minute tweaks and alterations, and the fact that all of our lights and signs are designed and produced in Britain means that we can often turn things around in a matter of days. Typical lead times obviously depend on volume and complexity, but are typically 10-20 working days. When we deliver within the UK, there will be no customs checks or customs charges, meaning no frustrating hold-ups or long lead times.

What are your lead times for Christmas retail display lighting?
We typically say 10-15 working days but it very much depends on the quantity and type of lighting. All of our lights are produced in the UK so we can often re-jig schedules to meet your timescales.
Can you design Christmas lights for our retail locations around the World?
Yes. Real neon is challenging to dispatch outside the UK but all of our other types of Christmas lights can be packaged for Worldwide transit. We’ve previously sent lights to The Maldives, Australia, Canada, Oslo….you name it.
Do you work with small brands as well as big high street brands?
Yes! We’ve work with small independent stores right through to the World’s most famous High Street brands.
When should we speak to you about our Christmas visual merchandising lighting requirements?
Brands and agencies normally start to approach us at the start of September with their initial ideas. We then spend a few weeks discussing budgets and designs and we then deliver lights any time from the end of September through to the beginning of December.
What are the best type of lights to get customer-attention this Christmas?
It totally depends on the location of the lights and the design of them. We can design Christmas lights using neon, Neon Ultra®, Lightboxes and Fairground Lights, so we have all the tools available to help your Christmas be a roaring success.
Are you Christmas lights also suitable for Events?
Yes. We produce a lot of lights for Christmas parties and events. Our lead times are the same as outline above so the sooner you speak to us the better.
