Custom Coffee shop lightbox signs for Nkora

Over the course of several years the brilliant team at Nkora have built a collective of speciality coffee shops, including locations in London and the South East. We’re very honoured that they have come back to us on several occasions, asking Carousel Lights to help with their custom coffee shop lightbox signage.

‘Coffee’ LED Lightboxes

All of the lightboxes Carousel Lights produces are made-to-order, meaning that the size, shape and colour is all totally customisable. Nkora wanted a classic clean look, with designs including COFFEE and NKORA. The lightboxes were to be located in different locations with different requirements and different installation methods.

Lightbox Construction

Each lightbox was constructed from matte black powdercoated steel, with a mix of sizes ranging from 850mm to 1800mm along the longest edge.

Black vinyl text was applied to an opal acrylic face, and each lightbox was internally illuminated using high efficiency warm white LEDs. Different length powder leads were supplied with each lightbox, with the cable exiting the side return of the box according to the specific site requirements for each individual unit. Where required, hooks were located on the top edge of the lightbox to enable suspension.
