How to commission your own LED neon sign
Brief us for your LED neon sign
Give us an idea as to what you’d like! You may have just an initial idea of how you’d like to introduce LED strip lights into your lighting scheme, or you may have a detailed specification that you can share with us. Both ways suit perfectly. All of our neon signs are made here in the UK so we can share ideas and costs to make sure we totally understand what you’re wanting to create.
We’ll design your Neon
We’ll propose some ideas as to how your LED neon sign could look. We want it to be absolutely perfect for you, so we’ll discuss colours and sizing, but at this stage we’ll focus on the overall feel of your neon. You can share sketches, mood-boards or specific renders of your design ideas, and we’ll then share with your our own proposed designs for your neon.
The options
Once we’ve finalised your design, we’ll get into some final detail to make sure your LED neon signs is exactly as you want it. We’ll discuss whatever points are relevant to your custom sign, but it could be thing such as cable length, how the led strip lights are to be mounted or where you’ll locate the transformer.
Confirmation
Once you’re happy with the design, cost and specification for your LED neon sign, we’ll send a confirmation which includes all of the details. For all of our neon signs uk made-to-order we take payment up front. Once we receive that, and your signed confirmation form, then we’ll schedule your neon in for production!
Delivery of your LED neon sign
We’ll arrange delivery of your neon sign to the address you specified to us. It will be safely wrapped and will arrive as specified on the confirmation form.
Installation of your neon sign
LED neon signs don’t require specialist installation as they’re supplied ready to put up and plug in. If you do need help however, we can can put you in touch with a specialist installation company who will be able to help you with your sign.

A neon logo is a simple way to make your business stand out without trying too hard. It catches people’s eyes, especially at night, and helps customers remember you. What can Neon SuperFlex be used for?
LED neon signs are great for Promos and Events as it’s low voltage, robust and cost-effective.
What is Neon SuperFlex made from?
It’s made from LED strip lights so is cost-effective to run and very robust.
Can I use a DMX controller with neon led signs?
Unfortunately not. If you’d like a fully controllable LED neon sign light that you can animate then Neon Ultra is the product for you.
Do I need a fireman’s switch for led Neon?
No! It just needs a standard 240V power supply and the led neon flex signs are supplied with a low voltage transformer so a fireman’s switch isn’t needed.
Are LED Neon SuperFlex lights fragile?
Not really. The acrylic can crack if dropped but the LED neon flex is very robust and forgiving!
Does Neon SuperFlex contain glass?
No.
